RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Thank you for shopping with us ! We want you to love your items as much as we do.
Due the nature of the fast paced, ever changing fashion industry, all sales are FINAL and returns are not offered.
To ensure the quality of all our products, we check all of our merchandise before processing, however in the rare occurence that damaged items are received, we will accept the return of a defective order. Please email us photo evidenced of the damaged, merchandise to info@shopdvestir.com , the return inquiry must be done 3 days of your order ship date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  Once your claim has been review and approved, we will follow up via email with your return instructions. Your return will processed after the returning shipment has been received by our store.  Please feel free to contact us any of your questions, concerns and honest feedback.

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package does not arrive within the estimated time of arrival, we will be happy to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 2 weeks to complete. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund for the package. Please make sure we are sending packages to a secure address.

RETURN SHIPPING

For your protection we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation, Dvestir will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
